Mysterious Clickin & No Camera Software

I have a Thinkpad X200, and it's only a few months old. From day one, I've noticed an occasional loud clicking noise. I have no idea why. The sounds is off - and I have a SSD, so what could it be? It's kind of loud in the school library...

Also, I have the updated drivers for the Lenovo 'camera center,' but I have zero software for my integrated webcam. Any ideas on compatible freeware? Thanks!

As a test, disable the camera in device manager to see if the machine still clicks ...
