X301 XP SP2 won't stay suspended when on AC

Hi,
My X301 just got updated today with pretty much every new driver and application on the Lenovo Website. I updated the power manager, all thinkvantage utils and every driver I could find. The machine was still doing this before the update so maybe I am missing a setting somewhere, but I cannot figure this out.
When the lid is closed and the machine suspends it will stay asleep until I open the lid - great. If I plug it into the brick and close the lid it will suspend, but then in about 3 minutes it will come back on. I open the lid and it is at the login screen. I have closed all running applications except for the basic stuff in the system tray.
What could be bringing it back on? I have unchecked wake-on-lan and made sure the USB ports are powered off when in suspend mode. The only thing I have plugged into a USB port is my Logitech Nano receiver (The ultra small one that is supposed to stay in the port and was never a problem on either one of my Z series TPs) It does it even with the mouse powered off.
I looked in the event viewer for activity that may turn it on, but found nothing.
The funny thing is it will come back alive with the lid closed and then suspend in another 5 or so minutes. Then it starts the cycle all over again.
SOOO Frustrating!
I have looked in the BIOS, but cannot see anything that would cause this.
Thanks for any help.
