X200 with ultrabase not working with 2 monitors

X200, X201, X220 (including equivalent tablet models) and X300, X301 series specific matters only.

X200 with ultrabase not working with 2 monitors

I have the ultrabase and two dell monitors. I can not get the one connected to the VGA port to work. Also if I start the computer attached to the ultrabase, it blue screens. I believe it is beacuse of the dell monitor. Any suggestions?
