Hardware to Clone 1.8 drives

What hardware do you use to clone your existing1.8 drive in your X301 with a new 1.8 drive. My Apricorn does not do 1.8 drives.

Would I just buy a USB disk enclosure for 1.8 drives?

Why the hard way?
Capture drive to file on external media (USB, network) form WinPE, Ghost, G4L etc.
Swap drive.
Deploy file to drive from external media.

If you need to deploy many computers, just use network drive or RIS/WDS.
