X301 XP Recovery DVD's

Hey everyone,
Just picked up an X301, but it came with Vista Home.
I just found out I can't use Vista (I'm a DJ, using it for Serato, and Vista has a limitation on USB latency making it impossible for me to use), so I'm looking to downgrade to XP.
Unfortunately, Lenovo won't sell me XP recovery sets.
Any suggestions on how to get these?
