Weird Beeping Going On

Got a weird beeping sequence going on. I have to guess at the number of beeps because it doesn't happen all the time but,

1. Seems like my hard drive runs on and on while loading a webpage.

2. I restart and it takes forever to close out then a beeping sequence starts.
I think it is like 2 beeps, then 4-5, then 2-3 beeps.

3. Then lappie shuts off.

Anyone experience this or at least know what is happening.

What model?

If it is your X301, mine does not wake up from a sleep about 90% of the time.

Hoping the Lenovo gets their stuff together as I think it could be something that can be fixed with a bios update

X200 model. I love the machine but this beeping bugs me.

If you will precisely count the beeps and post them here some one will be able to tell you what error it represents
