X301 Fingerprint Startup

Hi,

My friend just bought a T400's and i while i was playing with it a cool feature caught my attention my friend just swipes his finger on the scanner and the T400s starts! my question is can i do the same thing with my X301 running XP? thanks...

I'm not familar with starting (booting) your laptop from the FPR, but I think that it is possible to do this while the laptop is in Sleep Mode without any modifications.

Maybe you can ask your friend and get back to us?
