Strange Sound X200

Just received my X200 and booted it up. Everything is great about it besides a sound coming from it. I don't know exactly where from but it sounds like perhaps the hard drive spinning? I have a 160 gb 7200 rpm hard drive. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Its either that or the battery. It's getting quite annoying. It's like the the sound of a fly buzzing close to your ear every few seconds.

Remove the hard drive and turn the machine on. If it's now quiet then there's your problem.
