X200s Led Screen defect or not?

I just got my x200s today. And i noticed a glare from the screen that seems to be from the LED. I never owned a led display before.
I just want to ask for yall opinions on this. Is this a legitimate defect or just normal like any other lenovo LED display? If so, Should I
call customer service and return it and order a new one. And I would hate to do this cause i waited for 3 weeks for it to come in.

The light which appears to me to be leaking at the right-side frame of your screen doesn't look right to me -- Using my X301, I don't see light coming from the frame area -- seems to me I have read posts here on the forum regarding 'light leakage' -- you may want to do a search for that phrase while you wait for a post from one of our more experienced forum members to reply. I don't have a lot of experience and may be way off base -- really sorry to hear you may have a defect --

Lenovo puts ridiculously horrible displays into new product line, especially into top X and T models. Most of things considered as defect in the past represents standard quality today. Sad. Excessive backlight bleeding, uneven backlight and extremly low contrast (below 100:1) is considered as premium quality by Lenovo management and is rather typical for
LED backlight TN notebook panels. You might try to exchange the lcd panel under the warranty but you might receive even more 'defective' one.
Solution ? Here

"Normal like any other", I don't know. "Defective"? Yes!
When I buy something new, I want it to be right. I wouldn't care how long it took, I would be sending it back for repair or replacement as many times as it took for them to get it right.

I recently purchased an x200s with an LED backlight screen and my pc does not have any light leakage that even remotely resembles what I saw in your pictures. That is definitely a problem that you should get addressed immediately.

azndude5003, can you reupload the pics to another web server or attach it or something? I'm behind China's GFW and for some reason I can't see (due to huge crackdown recently).

That's definitely defective. I also hope that Lenovo improves their standards for LED screens. If MSI can sell a netbook for $279 that has a perfect LED backlit screen, Lenovo should be able to meet or exceed that level of quality in their ultraportable line.
The LED screen on my MSI U100 doesn't have irregularities, but there is a uniform halo around the whole screen, which I think is to be expected for LED screens, and which doesn't detract in the least from the viewing experience:
