Enhanced Experience

Hello, I would like to purchase an x200 multi touch. Only thing holding me up is the enhanced experience program Lenovo is launching on the 22nd. Is this only for computers purchased after the 22nd or will I experience these benefits if I purchase now and then later upgrade to Win 7? I have called Lenovo customer service and can't seem to get a straight answer. Tnak you
