Can I re-map this tablet keyboard?

I have a new X200 tablet and generally I love it. I got the Windows 7 update and it has an SSD and an amazing multitouch display but the keyboard layout is driving me nuts. OK, yeah, I guess I can eventually get used to the control key not being at the lower left corner like it is on every other keyboard - that's not a productivity issue. The think that has been driving me nuts is the dad-gum next-page and previous-page buttons near the arrow keys on the lower right corner of the keyboard.

The following has now happened to me at least a half dozen times: in the course of typing out a post on an internet forum site I edit my text using the arrow keys and my fingers don't quite go far enough down so I hit the previous-page key rather than the left arrow key as intended. Oops - I better hit the next-page key to get back. Oh, how nice, Windows, the forum software developer and the Lenovo user interface engineers have conspired to wipe out everything I wrote and give me a blank screen. Yeah, Hemmingway lost his original manuscript of The Old Man and the Sea and the book was probably better for it but this is getting really annoying, as I have already lost at least a couple hours of time. Since I don't use these keys for their intended purpose anyway, is there some utility I can use to simply disable them?

Technically speaking, the browser developer is foremost to blame here. You can always switch to a browser that saves your inputs on back/forward :)

However, to address your direct question, this should do what you want: use the Keyboard Customizer Utility (in Start->Programs->ThinkVantage on my installation), change the tab to "Key Sensitivity", and uncheck "Enable Browser Keys".

I don't seem to have the keyboard customizer utility on my machine.

You can download it. Just google Thinkpad Keyboard Customizer.
