X200 and Ultrabase

Hello,

We have a user with an X200 and two ultrabases (one for each location where he works)

Location 1:
The USB keyboard and mouse connected to the ultrabase are not working before logging into Windows (XP)
So the user must use the keyboard and trackpoint on the X200 to log into windows everytime.
Later in Windows the mouse and keyboard are working.


Location 2:
With this ultrabase the video output is not working before logging into Windows (XP).

We have more X200 all with the same Windows installation without this problem.

What can this be?

If the issues you describe in Location 1 and 2 are both with the same laptop, then it is a very good bet that you have some corruption in the operating system or utilities on that laptop.

Do other laptops used with those UltraBase units show the same symptoms?
