Screen upgrade for X200T; want multitouch!

Sod's law dictates that whenever I buy a laptop a slightly better model comes out soon afterwards. This time was no different, there's two new screens the outdoor one and the multitouch one.

Does anyone know where/how one might go about buying a new screen so I can switch my existing one for the new multitouch one? Lenovo's website is pretty shockingly poor for most of these things, you can just about buy a battery and that's it.

So:
a) is it as easy as buying a new screen and switching it out?
b) where can I get one from?
c) How much should it/does it cost?

I live in Spain, but getting kit from the uk or europe isn't a problem. USA = getting stung in postage and taxes.

wow, I thought there'd be a million and one people on the same boat? Has no one upgraded their screen?
