new x200 install xp problem: txtsetup.sif is missing

Hi,
I have a brand new x200 with no pre-load OS at all.
I have a usb drive with XP bootable.
I got this message
txtsetup.sif is corrupt or missing,status 18
Please would anyone guide me through this difficulties?
