x200 / x200s 4:3 Letterboxing

Can the x200 / x200s letterbox (black bar) the screen if running a fullscreen 4:3 aspect ratio program?

Recent Nvidia graphics chips can do this and some ATIs can, but I can't find any info on this Intel 4500MHD graphics accelerator.

I don't own one, just thinking about getting one and this might sway me one way or another.

There's definitely an option for that in the Intel Driver Settings. I have an X200 myself.
