X301 Screen (Is there a good screen that can be retrofitted)

I am offering my x301 for sale because I can't stand the screen. I love everything else about the machine (except the lack of an IBM logo, and the fact that it says Lenovo on it). The only other Thinkpad I have ever had was my x200 tablet, whose screen I like.
I heard about a fujitsu tablet with a 13.3" ips (or affs) screen I think it is 900x1440. I wonder what would be involved in doing a retrofit. I would even be willing to have a 12.1" screen from a X200T if there was a way to mount it with some kind of bezel.
If I were to order a replacemet screen for the X200T, or that Fujitsu 13.3" tablet, would it have a digitizer attached? I don't want a digitizer and it wouldn't fit anyway.
Would a 800x1200 screen even work in a computer that had a 900x1440?
Any ideas appreciated.
I may just try to get an old t60p with IPS, but that is an obsolete machine with twice as much weight and no warranty. And they aren't cheap either. Do I really have to go to that extreme?
Editorial:
I like the idea of an older machine because of the colored IBM logo. The reason I bought a thinkpad in the first place is because I remember the wealthy NYC stock brokers carrying them around, and I saw these black machines with the IBM logo and I knew they had to be the best. It makes me upset that they are not IBM anymore. Since Lenovo bought the rights to the brand, they should have kept the IBM logo too. Thinkpad and IBM brands are tied together I think. You shouldn't have one without the other. Bentleys are made by Volkswagen, but you don't see a VW badge on the Bentley, do you? Some Chevys are made by Daewoo, but they still say Chevy. I'm not saying it's right, but if you are calling them thinkpads anyway, the lie is already told. You may as well include the pretty colored IBM logo. It is an IBM Brand. It is a nostalgia thing for me.
