Slow logon on Thinkpad X200

After enter username and password, it take long time to get desktop screen. please help me

These can be tough to nail down. You didn't supply much info. But the first thing I would do is logon as a different user (say, the administrator account) and see if the delay is still there.
If the admin account is quicker, than you know it's something in your original user's profile that is causing the delay. Most likely a program that is loading. Logon with your original user account and go to the Start / Run and enter MSCONFIG. Click on startup tab and start de-selecting some of the applications and see if that helps.

IF you are a power user/administration to your X200, login, and use search, look for MANAGE STARTUP. You can tweak a fair bit of stuffs there on the Vista32-Biz edition.
