How to set WiFi to be off when docked

I'm setting up a new X200 (Win 7 Pro, 32bit). I am trying to get the laptop to automatically turn off the WiFi when it's docked and has a wired ethernet connection. I know I've been able to do this in the past, but for some reason I can't get this new X200 to do it. It makes both a WiFi and wired connection.
What am I missing?
I've looked around at the "Internet" connection wizard in the ThinkVantage Tools.

On Windows XP, do the following:
- Start/Settings and double-click "Network Connections"
- Select "Advanced" from off the top line menu items,
- then select "Advanced Settings" from the drop-down list.
- In the box labeled "Connections", highlight the "Local Area Network" entry,
- then "percolate" it up using the up arrow on the right of the box to move the entry in above the wireless entry.

Thereafter, wired LAN connection will take preference over wireless LAN connection whenever the wired LAN is active, i.e., presumably when you dock the unit.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, in Windows 7 it's a bit different. However, I understand what you are saying. I see a similar option under the Lenovo Access Connections applet. In this app, under the Location Switching option there is a window where I can put the various wired & wireless connections in an order of preference. But, for some reason the button to edit the order is greyed out :( Of course it's in the wrong order with the wireless as the preferred connection.
(I am logged on as the local admin). So as a work around, I figured I would delete the wireless profile and recreate it - hopefully it would put in under the existing wired connection. I did this, but it always put the darn wireless as the preferred connection!

Ha! I finally got it to work
In the Access Connections applet and under Location Switching I had to change the wireless connection from WLAN to Best Available Network. It then displays as "Multi". That did the trick. With the laptop docked it uses only the wired ethernet. When undocked it uses the wireless.
