memory for X201/X201s

I see that the new x201/s201s come with PC3-8500 DDR3 SDRAM 1067MHz SODIMM Memory.
Is this the best DDR3 it can use? will it benefit from the faster DDR3 like PC3-10666 or PC3-12800?

I'm planning to order x201s and upgrade the ram myself but want to know which DDR3 is the best one to get for it.
