Bought X200T - Vista32Biz - has three partitions on a 5400rpm-160gb drive.

Here is what we have... C, Q, S...
C is fine (128gb)
Q is 'Lenovo' (19.5gb)
S is 'Service003' (1.46gb)

Individually...
Q has Folders showroom & SWTOOLS.
SWTOOLS/Apps/macafee,netzero,etc... Has most of the preloaded marketing crap.
showroom - has folders 'appidXX' where XX is 05, 06, 10, 12. No idea what these are.

S has folders recovery, SWSHARE, swwork, windows, and recov (wim archive). I assume this is my restore / recovery partition.

Do I need to keep Q?

thanx

I would say that you need to keep it for a factory restore to work.

AHHH!!! newbie blues...
For some unknown (op-er'A_tore Air-or) when I searched lenovo earlier (was up too early) it found nothing... Now, since you have answered - it (of course) shows up in the search...

Sorry.
But thanx for putting up with the newbies.
