X200 no sound on speaker but headphone jack works OK

I have X200 and like I say, my speaker stop working but I have sound on headphone jack.
I was reading a lot about this problem, not on this forum only and still didn't found solution for problem.
I'm using latest drivers which yesterday worked properly and they are not problem, nothing installed meanwhile etc...
Strange thing happen here, when I connect charger I got sound on speakers for about 1 second and also got sound when I disconnect charger (time when connect-disconnect beep sound going only)
That mean, speaker is connected properly and it's not physical error on headphone jack or something. Problem is something about software which control all that I think.
Of course I checked all hotkeys etc.. and all that working properly.
I try to replace hard drives from exactly same X200 and everything was same, my speaker is still dead and other X200 working with my HDD perfectly which mean, there is no problem with drivers or some settings.
I reset BIOS and same thing, nothing changed.
This problem with no sound on speaker is similar to other ThinkPad models, I found same problem at X200, X300, T61 series etc..
May be someone know what to do?
