The website above says the x200 tablet comes with a resolution of 1440x900. After I placed the order, my order confirmation shows the part number is NRRC6UK , according to support and download section of lenovo website, it comes with 1280x800 not 1440x900. Can I argue this with lenovo for extra discount?

UK lenovo websale replied to my enquiry.

"Hello,

Unfortunately our website was incorrect and the resolution is in fact 1280 x 800.
I do apologize that this was incorrect, we will amend our website.

Kind regards
Teleweb Team "

Is this a good deal? I'm thinking of getting one...

Pretty much the most basic X200T afaik - no multitouch/bright screen, small hdd and battery, odd SU2300 cpu that I cant seem to find on any of the spec sheets or manuals...

£700 (with quidco) - maybe worth adding a bit more ram and SSD, for £850 total...

compared to about £950 for the X201 with much nicer cpu but not tablet...

hmmm can't decide

this version comes with multitouch screen but it is not very good since you can only use two fingers at a time.

Thanks for the info - two finger multi touch sounds good

So I ordered it... but the Lenovo sales rep is now saying it is CCFL, not LED backlit as advertised. Also just noticed the specs have vanished on the page where it is being sold...

hmm

I have noticed that, too. I guess there are lots of error in the description so they just delete the description part and leave the cpu model only. It looks like a doggy website now.

To be honest, I am quite disappointed by the people who offer technical support to the lenovo website.

Yeah my experience of the Lenovo UK technical support has been disappointing so far...

Still waiting for a reply to my email 3 days ago. Their previous reply took 5 days.

I phoned today to find out what the exact model number is, and after a total of 10 minutes on hold to their call centre in India, they gave me the number on my original invoice and told me to look it up on the website (which doesn't work). Then they estimated the ship date at 18/6 - almost a month after I placed my order.

Would you mind telling me if this is the model you received?
