Multitouch vs the Superbright (x201 Tablet)

#1 Post by pupster » Wed May 26, 2010 11:55 pm

Hi,

I'm confused as to the Multitouch vs the Superbright on lenovo's site for the x201 TABLET (see below). Does the Superbright outdoor LED panel also include multitouch, or do you give up pen or finger input when using the Superbright?

12.1" Multitouch WXGA LED Panel with Wide viewing Angle

12.1" SuperBright Outdoor WXGA LED Panel with Wide viewing Angle [add $50.00]

I would take "super bright" any/everytime ,,,,, as i travel lots and often handy to use in 'bright' daylight areas............ watching screen in sun is a breeze !!!

However ... the idea of 'multitouch' in WINDOWS 7 LINUX OS is very very 'limited' use ,,, but is a great tool ( and we working of lots business apps for that) .....

and put it simply ,,,,,,,,,,,,APPLE's IPAD & IPHONE are 'amazing' and unbeatable at this stage...so if you want both ,,, super bright screen and multi-touch ,,, Apple is the ONLKY way to go for now
