Higher resolution on X201

Hi

It might have been asked before, but I cannot find any direct confirmation or rejection of it.
Is there any way to change the panel in an X201 to one with a higher resolution? Like the s-models.
It's size and 2,66 MHz CPU would be the perfect match for me, if it just wasn't for the low resolution.

Why not just buy the X201s?

I'm thinking about it, but I'm afraid the low voltage processor will be too slow for me.
I'm doing a lot of visual studio and compiling and stuff.
