Thinkpad X200 booting without memory installed ?

The Thinkpad will not boot or show anything on the LCD without RAM.

Been running very well for about 3 weeks now(used daily) without any problems, but I decided to go back to using my old T60 (14.1" XGA) instead as its fast enough for my needs(its 'flying' with the SSD). Prefer the keyboard on the T60 over all other computers I have tried, it's just awesome!!
