Any "serious" apps that use multi touch on X201/200 Tablet?

As a general question, are there business or content creation apps that make use of the multitouch? Specifically, what can you do with multitouch in OneNote if there is anything you can do with it?
I'm infatuated with this multitouch on the X201T and late 2009 refresh of the X200T. Video demos make it look enticing. But then, I noticed all demos are really all of the same thing.
- Lenovo on screen adjustments such as brightness and sound
- IE web browser enlarge/shrink (does it even work with other browsers? does it work with Google map like on a smartphone?)
- photo resize, rotate, flick scrolling
- "toys" that come with Microsoft Multi Touch Pack (the Surface Globe is as close to a "serious" app as it gets with what's included)
If all you can do with multi-touch are the above, I'd consider it to be mostly a toy.
Is multi-touch supported in "productivity" software? Does the particular software have to specifically support it or is it a general OS related thing?
