I am using mine through Access Connections as my local networks (in Mauritius) are not listed. I can say it works extremely well but I have no voice calls through Access Connections. However if you are in the UK, the Lenovo GOBI 2000 driver & software supports Vodafone specifically so maybe you can get voice thru that specific management software?

The Qualcomm Gobi 2000 spec sheet does not mention any ref to Voice call support but so did the Huawei EM770, but was able to get the PCM-voice feature enabled via dc-unlocker.com - Can now make voice calls via my (BIOS modded) T60p using the internal speakers & mic (or via connected Bluetooth headset) with the Huawei utility (voice) software.
