X201t - pen calibration issues

Have issues with the pen calibration. Precision is ok, if not excellent across the screen but at the far right or left hand (about 1 cm from the corner) the dot is off some 2-3 mm from the tip. This means that I e.g. have to align the pen some 2-3 mm to the left to have the dot on the scrollbar and be able to "grab it".
