What are your best choices for docking station?

The Lenovo ultrabase is terribly expensive when you think it doesn't have a DVD built in - only extra.

However reading reviews of what is available in not encouraging either.

Any suggestions?

Has anyone used the Belkin Express Card docking station?

Expensive as it may be, it is still the only "true" docking station solution. USB/ExpressCard generic solutions cannot provide the same level of integration, and in a nutshell are just splitters with advanced features. Even something basic like charging the laptop cannot be done with a generic "docking" solution.

Found the Ultabase with DVD at Amazon for $250.

However it is the ultrabase X200.

Is there any difference here, I have X201s?
