Does the ThinkPad docking station DisplayPort have another name or designation?
How many pins is it??
Here in Israel, I've gone to my Office Depot and I see many connectors but not called DisplayPort.
I have DVD-DVI, HMDI-HMDI, 20 pin, 16 pin and 19 pin.
I can order from USA, but I rather get it locally if possible.
thank for the help.

DisplayPort is the third prevalent type of digital display connection, it is different from all modifications of DVI and HDMI.

Try to look in another store.
Also, you may order it on ebay, i've purchased 10ft DisplayPort->DVI cable for my X200 for about $15 a year ago.
