X201 1.8 to 2.5in HDD adapter

I want to put a 1.8in drive in my x201 which takes 2.5" drives. Does anyone know the part number for the lenovo 1.8" to 2.5" adapter? They sell it with the 1.8in solid state drive (PN 43N3406), but I cant find the part number for the adapter itself.

I have used this adapter in my son's T60 SSD upgrade, and also in my other son's MacBook Pro SSD upgrade -- it is solid, quality and worked perfectly in both machines.

The Lenovo adapters known as storage converters come in two flavors. The one pictured is FRU 42W7888. The other version is FRU 42W8019.
