X300 battery error

Hello.
From one week I have used x300 from eBay. My unit is in great condition, battery is not bad but twice I had strange problem. My x300 do not see battery. It happens suddenly, just like that. It goes to hibernation, but battery was 93%. It looks strange.

Only thing that helps is to remove battery for about 15 minutes. Then it works OK. I wonder if it is not mainboard problem? Last time i tried to replace battery from another x300. My machine didn't work with both of batteries. The other x300 on the contrary worked perfect with mine.
What sould I do?

If you've tried a known good working battery and it still fails I'd suspect a problem with the charging circuitry on the systemboard. Any warranty left? Send it in ...

I performed battery reset during last night. From this time I have used x300 for about a hour on battery and nothing happened.
I try to contact to the seller from eBay. Problem is I am from Poland and he is from USA
