Waking up X201t by removing the pen?

#1 Post by mmo » Thu Apr 28, 2011 10:38 am

I recall I once saw an option in some config dialog to wake up an X201t from Suspend mode by removing the pen from its bay. But now I can't find that option anywhere. Any idea, where I find that option (I am using Windows 7 Ultimate).

Pardon my ignorance but where is that "tablet shortcut menu"?
Is that something in the Lenovo Tools or in Control Panel or where else?

Ah - sorry - I didn't know it (or associate it) under that name.

Odd enough, the option "Resume the system upon removing the pen" is ticked, but the system does not come out of suspend mode when I take out the pen.

Any idea, why this doesn't work as one would expect? Does one have to enable something in the BIOS or so, to get this working?
