The Light Is On But Nobody Is Home

#1 Post by Bob K » Tue May 03, 2011 8:59 am

I just got off a chat with the folks at Lenovo, trying to find out when the Gorilla Glass display will be available for the X220T. No one there seems to have any idea, including the product manager. It's fascinating to me that a company can run a business that way. We all know things rarely go perfectly as planned but to not have any clue about one of their product's release date is unacceptable. The problem is that I can't find anything else I like as much or I would have purchased something different a long time ago. :(

Ain't it the sad truth!! There seems to be no knowledge or support on their own in-house user forum, too.

Word on another forum, with a lot of activity, is mid-may on the Gorilla Glass. You will lose the multi-touch with it, too.
