X200t battery problem

Hello,
Last Sunday, after using the x200t all day I turned it off in the early afternoon hours with approximately 80% charge on the battery. Next day, when trying to turn on the laptop with no power cord plugged in, the laptop wouldn't start.
When I attached the power cord, the battery indicator was blinking orange. Later, I found out that the orange blinking means that the battery is dead, this was very surprising because according to PowerManager (checked last Friday, at about 38x cycles) the battery health was good. Other than the PowerManager indicating the health, I could also see from my previous usage that it was a fully working battery - when fully charged, the battery would last about 4 hours with wwan and 60% brightness.
It is really weird that the battery can just die from one day to the next, specially when it was a fully working battery.
I would like to know if this has happened to others, and what they have done, other than buying a new battery.
