When selecting between the two WiFi antenna options (2x2 or 3x3), what does this affect as far as future upgradeability? I know that selecting 3x3 means that you can't order the camera. Does either antenna choice affect WWAN at all? Any other issues?
If I don't want the camera, then I'm assming that it's safe to order the 3x3 antenna along with either the 6205 (which will only use two of the antennas) or 6300 WiFi card.
In 2011, is Bluetooth still a useful option on a laptop? I have it in my T60, but I'm not sure that I've ever used it. I tried to connect my mobile phone via Bluetooth, but never could get it to work. The only useful Bluetooth device that I can think of would be a wireless headset.

Useful bluetooth accessories:
Speakers (or audio receiver unit you plug into speakers)
Mouse
Keyboard
Printer/Mobile printer (or receiver for use with printers)
Scanner/Mobile scanner (same as above)
Object push for file transfer (high speed in Bluetooth 3.0+HS)
Headphones
Sharing contacts between phones, or from Outlook
and I'm sure there are a few more. My favorite is the A2DP protocol in Bluetooth 2.1+EDR that allows for bluetooth audio over bluetooth. It's nice to just click play on your laptop and play music through speakers that are much farther away.

Re: X220 antenna options / Bluetooth
I thought Bluetooth 3.0 was standard fit anyway - not an option.
If you're putting in 3 antennae you might as well go 6300.
