Werid Flickering on Lenovo X301

Check out this flickering my x301 was doing. I went to lunch for an hour and when I came back it had stopped doing it.

It was sent to the depot in June for a failed Bios update, so I would think the motherboard would have been replaced for that?

My X200 does that as well to varying degrees, sometimes a lot worse then that even, just want to throw the thing out! I believe it might be related to the LCD ribbon cable, my think light does not work either.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
