How to install SM BIOS from DRIVERS folder "SMBIOSDRV"

X200, X201, X220 (including equivalent tablet models) and X300, X301 series specific matters only.

How to install SM BIOS from DRIVERS folder "SMBIOSDRV"

I'm trying to rebuild Win7.

I can't figure out how to install the drivers in the SMBIOSDRV folder that's located at C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS

Can someone please assist me?
