X220i Top lid

#1 Post by orz629 » Sun Oct 16, 2011 10:33 am

I just bought x220i last month, and after several days I found it is not very solid when close the top lid. I press the top lid and it makes some noise. I don't know if it is normal or not~~

And this is the video i press the lid

Maybe i can send it back for repair?

Plastic gives with pressure. Plastic rubbing on plastic causes friction. Friction causes creaking. (And, apparently, creaking causes YouTube videos. ;))

Kidding aside, I wouldn't be at all concerned. There's no reason to send it in, as there's nothing to repair!
