t420s grphics issue

#1 Post by puma » Mon Oct 17, 2011 9:18 pm

I have a t420s with intel graphics. when i unplug and run on battery my colors look like sh*t. all washed out, and everything looks really bad for a few minutes, then it evens out. Is this a power saving feature i can shut off?
thanks
mi

Yes it is. Under Intel's graphics control panel, under the Power tab, choose the On Battery scheme, and set the slider to Maximum Quality.
