As I know folks have asked, wanted to report that I have a T420s working with a 120GB OCZ Nocti mSATA SSD working... the Nocti fits right into the mSATA/miniPCI slot on the bottom of the machine, and I had no problems installing both Ubuntu and Windows 7 on the drive (separately, I didn't try any dual boot magic or anything like that).
The benchmarks for this drive are identical to what I got with the OCZ Vertex 3 drive that was in my older T400... I didn't do a complete analysis of the performance, but from a qualitative standpoint the machine "feels" the same speed as the vertex when doing I/O intensive stuff.
Anyway, I thought I'd share in case others were curious.
