T520 with 1920x1080 Full HD screen and Nvidia 4200M runs Windows Media Player in full screen mode to show a DVD movie. For unknown reason, the picture has gaps on both sides. Using WinDVD 8 in full screen mode does NOT have the same problem, so this is software setting issue? I have googled some time, but could not find a fix.
This is in Windows 7 64-bit unltimate version.
Thanks in advance.

Re: medai player fullscreen mode having gaps on both sides
I found the answer to my question and it took me a long while to figure it out. It was the option that I unchecked in Media player, called "allow autohide of playback controls".
