Solution to the gritty touchpadsurface on newer Thinkpads

The solution I have found to this problem as described here: http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=98352, I have now also applied to a friends T410 with the same perfect result - I guess it works on all newer Thinkpads which comes with this new gritty surface. Very recommendable tweak, have to share this! :D

U can do the same and have some left over by getting the film for cupboards at Target or Wal-Mart etc.
