Fingerprint for custom apps

I often use applications like SharePoint or Team Foundations Server that requires Windows Authentications (NTLM or Kerberos) and I would like to use Fingerprint or Password Manager (Client Security Solution) but I can’t find a way to do that.



Is there any way to use fingerprint beside windows logon?
