Lenovo thinkpad T510 without web cam

I purchased a second-handed thinkpad T510 from ebay with £300, i think it is quite a good bargain.
When i received the machine and examined it, to my surprise, i found that the item is not equipped with camera!!!!
So i would like to know if it is possible for me to buy the integrated camera from Lenovo and installed it myself?
Also, since the screen is in HD resolution, i am planning to replace it with FHD panel, so any good quality panel would you recommend?
P.S. I am based in the UK.

The camera will work. Is the machine still under warranty? (many are) If it is, I would suggest not changing the screen.
