High Nit LCD, best system to buy to install?

I´m just loving my T400 with a high nit screen as it´s the only computer that I ever had that you can sit outside in the sun and work without a problem. As there is no such screen on any laptop that I know of I was planning to buy a second hand T400 and install a new high nit screen I got from ebay. Could anyone help me with what would be the best candidate to use to install the screen in? I figured out that it would be easier with a T400 that already got a screen with LED backlight, but does it matter which one?

I also saw that there are a few special parts named as being specific for the high nit screen are all or only some of them needed for the transplant?
