Thinkpad T510 (Prod ID: 4313-CTO), can I upgrade the screen?

I have a Thinkpad T510 with HD+ screen(1600x900 resolution, I don't know any other details about the scren) and I want to upgrade it to 1920x1800.
Have anyone here made an upgrade like that? I talked with a local store and they said that it depends, and that I should contact with Lenovo and ask. After some search in forums, I read that some people upgraded their Thinkpads with better screens but I'm not sure if my hardware allows that. Prod ID is 4131-CTO
So can anyone confirm that I can upgrade my screen? If I can, how can I know which screen are compatible?

Yes, you can upgrade your screen to the FHD.
I upgraded my T520 from the 1600x900 screen to the 1920x1080 FHD screen. It was a direct replacement, no problems at all. I believe any screen from the T510 and T520 are interchangeable.
I bought my screen from forum member 'Brad' - although I'm not sure if he has any more available. You should search him and then PM him.

I really need this replacement fast
. I sent messages to some ebay dealers, one of them asked me exact model of my screen, is there a way to learn it without disassembling the screen?

I also have T510. I bought a FHD panel from ebay and got it installed on the machine. It is dead easy.

I believe the screen model number is B156HW01 v.4, manufactured by a company called AUO.

It's been a few weeks now and I'm wondering, how has this turned out?
I might be purchasing a well priced T510...before shooting Brad a PM I thought I'd ask if this went well. Ah hell, may as well ask since I'm probably going to buy it anyway.
But yeah. Any results?
