T400- SATA I or II?

T400- SATA I or II?
It has been awhile since I have used or owned a T400. Does it support SATA I or II? I have gone through search and threads seem to lean toward SATA II? Can anyone tell me without a shadow of a doubt that the T400 supports SATA II?
