Solved - there was a driver update for display.
Applied, rebooted (not sure needed to), everything peachy.

I had a VGA monitor hooked up and working just dandy, but that monitor had bad color.
Second display attached to Mini Dock 3
So today I bought a Dell S2330MX
Removed the old monitor, attached the Dell via DVI cable.
Work well, except when I switch user, the second monitor goes into power save and won't come up.
I'm a *nix guy, not a Windows guy, anyone know what the issue might be?
If I power cycle the display while not logged in, it works but goes power save as soon as I log in. If I power cycle it after logged in, it goes right to power save. This has to be a software issue.
