Hi Folks,
I recently had some issues with updating my graphics drivers. All finally seems ok, except when I plug in an external monitor.
When I have the external monitor, the Intel HD tray icon disappears - perhaps the system is no longer operating in Optimus mode? Is this normal behavior, or should I see the Intel HD tray icon when I have the monitor connected? It'd be nice to have it, since I'd like to use Intel's hotkeys to rotate the display sometimes. I see the Intel HD tray icon when I'm just running on the laptop's built-in display, and I can use Intel's hotkeys to rotate the monitor in that case. Anyone have an idea of what's happening here?
Any help greatly appreciated.
